It is great, in my opinion and safe to feed. I have been feeding mine for more than 15 years now with no issues at all.

It is your responsibility to make sure that your Horsefield Tortoise consumes no toxic plants, it is deferring to his health. It could result in severe illness if not death.

Some of the well-known toxic plants include rhododendrons, buttercups, honeysuckle, nettle, Ivy, lilies, mistletoe, and swear peas. Make sure you’re close enough with your Tortuous to recognize when he behaves abnormally,  out to your veterinarian, immediately.

Regulate the way your Tortoise eat by having enough space; plant edibles, supplement them with vegetables and fruits.

Table scraps are a good choice for your Tortoise. Feeding your Tortoise with containment makes it impossible for poisonous plants.

Kindly supplement with grass and dandelion, if available. Allow them to eat it with a mixture of toxins.
