Your Hermmie tortoise diet is made of various vegetations. Some good foods include clover, leafy salads, honeysuckle, dandelion, curly kale, watercress, brussel tops, parsley, spring greens, coriander, rocket, carrot, parsnip, courgette and bell peppers.
Note: The majority of your pet’s diet list should be made up of leafy greens.

Yes, Hermannas tortoise (and any other tortoise) can safely consume bell peppers. Personally, I feed mine once every 3 months. I feed them tiny amounts, finely chopped, and mixed in with other greens when introducing it to a new tort.
