Get some frozen baby carrots, micro wave in water for a couple of minutes (7 minutes). They should be soft but not mushy and full of water.

There won’t be much health benefits left in the carrots, but they do like them, just a couple of little ones, but add some sowthistle or dandelions to the carrots to get the tort eating and reduce the carrots, increase the weeds as time goes by.

The water in the carrots keeps your tortoise hydrated.
